Why is the idea of courage so relevant right now?

The annual cycle of solar energy (and with it, the power of the associated fire element) is reaching its peak as we move towards the Summer Solstice, and both fire and the sun are connected with fierceness and taking action - things which often require courage. We’ve also talked about permission and values recently, and an important question coming out of these conversations seems to be about how we cultivate the courage to allow ourselves to live on our own terms.
